Individual Therapy
One-on-one sessions tailored to your child or teen. We'll work through whatever they're carrying — anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, life transitions — using approaches that actually fit how they think and feel. Sessions are playful for younger kids and real-talk for teens.

An ongoing telehealth empowerment group for LGBTQIA+ teens ages 13–17, providing a supportive and affirming space that meets on Monday evenings.

Insurance & Private Pay
I'm a private-pay practice, which means we work directly together without insurance companies in between. Here's why that's actually a good thing:
No Required Diagnosis
Your child doesn't need a label to get help.
No Session Limits
We work at your child's pace, not an insurance company's timeline.
Full Flexibility
Treatment decisions stay between us — no prior authorizations or denied claims.
Superbills: I provide superbills (detailed receipts) that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many families get a portion of the cost covered this way. I'm happy to help you figure out your benefits.
You are fully responsible for paying all counseling fees at the time of service.
